By accessing or using Kodari AI LMS, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Service Description
Kodari provides a cloud-based AI Learning Management System for schools and educational institutions.
2. Eligibility
Accounts are created by:
- Schools
- Authorized educators
- Students under institutional supervision
Minors may only use the platform with parental consent.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Misuse the platform
- Upload illegal or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt services
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Kodari may charge subscription fees as communicated in your school agreement or on pricing pages. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Service Availability
Kodari aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kodari is not liable for academic outcomes, examination results, or indirect damages.
7. Termination
Kodari may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Upon termination, data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
